If you were among the thousands of fantasy owners paying for a $2 monthly subscription to DraftEngine.com last season, there’s a good chance you advanced in your fantasy playoffs after reading, “Higbee is startable this week against a Seahawks defense that allowed a combined 183 receiving yards to Rams tight ends in Week 5,” prior to L.A.’s Dec. 8 game against Seattle. Higbee ended up catching seven passes for a career-high 116 yards.

Higbee had four 100-yard games in the final five games of the year, and he had eight catches for 84 yards and a touchdown in the other one. It took him some time, but he is starting to look like one of the premier fantasy football tight ends. If you miss out on some of the top tight ends, Higbee would be a great consolation prize.
